Booking on Snapja is on demand, with no days of back and forth. You see transparent package prices upfront, track your photographer or videographer live, and get delivery fast. Your payment is held securely until your content arrives.

Yes. Every creator passes a multi-stage onboarding before their first booking: government ID verification, a portfolio and Instagram review, a demo brief scored by our team, and a platform knowledge test. Shoots start and complete with OTP confirmation, so both sides are protected.

You pay securely in the app when you book. The money is held and released to the creator only after you confirm your content was delivered. Cancellation is free with a full refund any time before your creator starts travelling to you, and if a creator ever cancels on you, you are refunded 100 percent.

iPhone-shot reels are edited on site and delivered in 30 minutes, before your creator leaves. Camera shoots, and all photography, are delivered the same day, within hours of the shoot wrapping. Editing and UGC jobs show their own delivery window before you book. Deliverables stay available in the app for 4 months.

Shoot packages start at ₹1,499 for a one-hour reel shoot, video editing starts at ₹499 per reel, and UGC videos start at ₹2,999 with the script included. Every package price is fixed, with GST added on top, and nothing carries a watermark. Weddings and multi-day shoots are quoted on request.

You fill a short brief about your brand and product, and Snapja's AI writes two complete video script concepts with hooks, shot-by-shot direction, captions and hashtags. You pick one, or use your own script, and one of our verified UGC content creators claims the job, films it remotely or on site at your business, and delivers the finished video in the app. Revisions and ad usage rights are included in every UGC package.

On-site shoots are live in Hyderabad. Video editing is fully remote, so you can book it from anywhere. UGC is filmed remotely from anywhere, or on site in Hyderabad and Secunderabad when you choose On site in your brief.

Yes. Download the Snapja Partner app and apply with your portfolio and Instagram profile. Onboarding includes ID verification, a demo brief and a short platform test, with review starting within 3 business days. You control your availability, keep ownership of your work, and withdraw earnings to bank or UPI with no minimum.
