- Email support@snapja.com or WhatsApp +91 98662 11677. The team replies within 24 hours on business days.
How trust works.
- Every creator passes government ID verification, a portfolio and Instagram review, a scored demo brief and a platform knowledge test before their first booking.
- Shoots start and complete with a 4-digit OTP held by the customer, so a creator cannot start billing without you there.
- Your payment is held by Snapja and released to the creator only after you confirm delivery.
- Full refund any time before the creator starts travelling. If a creator cancels, you are refunded 100 percent.
- No watermarks on any deliverable. Deliverables stay in the app for 4 months.
