How Snapja checks creators before you book.
Hiring someone you have never met needs more than a profile photo. This guide explains the checks every Snapja creator passes and the protections that stay in place during a booking.

The four checks before a first booking
Every creator passes four checks: government ID verification, a portfolio and Instagram review, a demo brief scored by the Snapja team and a platform knowledge test. Review of a new application starts within 3 business days.
Protections during the booking
On a shoot, the customer holds a 4-digit OTP that starts the job and completes it, so a job cannot be marked started or finished unless the customer gives the OTP. You follow the creator's arrival live in the app, like a cab.
Your payment is held by Snapja and released to the creator only after you confirm the content was delivered.
What you receive
Deliverables carry no watermark and stay available in the app for 4 months. If a creator cancels on you, you are refunded 100 percent.
