How much does a photographer cost in India?
A photographer's price depends on how long they shoot and how many edited photos you get back. Here is exactly what Snapja photography packages cost, what each one includes and what is quoted separately.
Updated 22 October 2026. Written by the Snapja team.
What decides the price of a photo shoot
Three things set the price: how long the photographer covers your event, how many edited photos you receive and whether the original RAW files are included. Snapja states all three on every package, so you can compare before you book.
The package price is fixed. GST is added on top, and nothing carries a watermark.
Snapja photography prices
A Portrait Session is ₹1,999 for up to 1 hour and 20+ edited photos. Event Photos are ₹3,999 for up to 3 hours and 50+ edited photos. Full Day Photos are ₹7,999 for up to 8 hours, 100+ edited photos and the RAW files.
Photos are edited and delivered the same day, and they stay available in the app for 4 months after delivery.
Weddings and multi-day shoots
Weddings and multi-day shoots are quoted on request. Send the dates and location through the contact form and the Snapja team replies with a quote.
What every photography booking includes
Every creator passes government ID verification, a portfolio and Instagram review, a demo brief scored by the Snapja team and a platform knowledge test before their first booking.
You track your photographer live in the app, and your OTP starts and completes the shoot. Your payment is held by Snapja and released to the photographer only after you confirm the photos were delivered.
Where you can book a photographer
On-site shoots are live in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Eluru and Rajahmundry.
